Hi, my name is Julia Fernandes and I started my journey as a recepcionist in the Fundão Palace Hotel and soon got promoted to be the
manager of that Hotel. After that, i accepted the challange and went to the H2otel Congress and SPA and later found my own place, Quinta Ponte da Capinha.
I’ve always believed that to achieve success, you have to be in constant evolution. So I relentlessly searched for ways to improve mine skills,
through continuous training and commitment to excellence in service. And it wasn’t easy, but every step I took toward that goal made me feel more confident and empowered. Today, I can say that this attitude of Constant learning and continuous improvement was the key to my success and to achieve everything I’ve ever achieved. And I do not intend to stop here, because always. There will be more to learn and more
challenges to overcome.
With this programme I really want to learn how can I improve my business with data so I can improve my decision making regarding marketing and accounting (for instance) to improve my overall business.
