Description
Our farm was born in 1975, the result of Nonno Vito’s decision to start a family business. Since then the passion has involved the generations to follow, father Giuseppe and today me. Ours has been an organic company since 1988 and is sustainable on several levels: food, for the closed cycle, energy, with the use of most of the company’s resources, environmental, not using even the permitted amount in agriculture. We have a small ethical farm and a company dairy where we transform the milk from our free-pasture cows almost all year round.
After studying and working abroad, I decided to return home to give value to all of this. My belief is ‘If we don’t value what we have, no one will ever do it for us’. We have opened up to hospitality precisely to share the beauty and authenticity of a simple but enormously valuable agritourism. The cuisine born a year ago was the last important milestone (until now!) that allowed us to bring all the extraordinary beauty of our territory and our history on our table and to our guests.

I expect to collaborate with experts and artists to create a network and be able to get to know my company’s tourism data in an innovative way. I also expect to be able to better understand the dynamics behind the ‘numbers’ of hospitality and to be able to improve and predict the
offer.
