Kalamon is a consulting firm created in 2020 after more than 15 years of experience as a consultant and project manager in France and abroad.
Its assets are:
A consulting offer in operational strategy reconciling seniority, expertise and competitiveness.
A specialization around the issues that link companies to their customers: market strategy & new offers, business development & performance, customer service efficiency, customer relationship & experience.
We help our client build dashboards, automate their dataflows and find business uses for the data they create during their interctions with
their clients.
We also sometimes do projects around open data for our portfolio (click here to discover more).
The link is a study made with open data to evaluate selfcare in insurance apps (in french), ultimately republished by the biggest newspaper on Insurance in France, l’Argus de l’assurance.
We are currently creating an opendashboard on client satisfcation based on SNCF open data.
We’ve implemented automated data analysis and dashboards for many of our clients.
