Brands need love and maintenance if it is to maintain its relevance and vitality.

You can break down the big challenges of marketing into three parts:

  1. research (the diagnosis, knowing what’s going on, understanding the market)
  2. strategy (targeting, positioning, in short the big choices and goals) and
  3. tactics. The last pillar with me is about the four p’s: place, promotion (which includes communication), price and product.

Often it’s about communication. That’s nice too, but doesn’t cover it. That’s only a small part. It’s just as important to talk about things like pricing, product development, distribution, strategy, targeting, positioning, research and segmentation. And that’s what I do for you.
