EAI is a Data Strategy and Data Science consulting company with over 10 years of experience, and recognized by the National Innovation Agency as an suitable company for R&D in 3 areas of expertise. We’ve successfully helped companies on their data-driven journey, in the sectors of healthcare, retail, banking, energy, and more.
EAI has developed a unique approach to data strategy by developing a methodology called “FORCE.”
This methodology defines five modules: Foundation, Observation, Resilience, Competence, and expansion.
-Foundation: The Foundation module of the FORCE methodology is the starting point for organizations looking to capitalize on their data. By aligning goals, implementing supporting technology, establishing data governance, and defining an initiative framework, organizations can ensure they have the foundation in place to support a successful data strategy.
-Observation: The Observation module provides organizations with the tools and insights to monitor their operations, identify trends and
anomalies, and make informed decisions. We do this through alerts, interactive dashboards, and visualizations.
Resilience: is a module focused on building resilience through data science and AI systems supporting the company.
-Competence: Competence is a module focused on mapping a company’s processes and identifying where data and AI can be applied to improve them.
-Expansion: a module fully dedicated to innovation, and creating new processes, products, and services with data science and AI.
EAI, or Enlightenment.ai, has worked on multiple award-winning projects in the retail, financial, and health sectors such as “Tech Team of the Year” and “Best Use of Data” by the Banking Tech Awards; “Best Technology Initiative – Europe” by the Financial Innovation Awards; and “Best Digital Strategic Tool” by the Portugal Digital Awards.
This and other projects EAI worked on contributed for the company to be recognized by the National Innovation Agency as a suitable company for R&D in 3 domains: IT applied to Health; IT applied to Companies; and Internet of Things (IoT).
