Description
Burel Mountain Hotels are two boutique hotels located in Serra da Estrela, Portugal (at 1500m high). We live sourronded by nature, with
wonderful views over the valleys and mountains. We work mainly with local suppliers and workers, in order to employ and encourage the
economy of the villages nearby.
We would most certainly take advantage of the knowledge that we intend to acquire. Data and the ways we can use it in our daily tasks are
aspects in which our hotels need to improve and be more updated. We are a really small group when compared to the majority of the hotel
groups in Portugal. Therefore, the amount of information and data that we can acquire and possess is limited. We would benefit from data bases and information sharing amongst other players.
