My name is Timothy Algera. I’m a social, analytical and creative technologist, with a passion for data. In my work I strive to combine my knowledge of industrial design and data science to create solutions with societal, environmental and business impact.
In the past years I have worked on a tech company that uses data from wearables to predict and prevent burnout amongst office employees.
For this I studied the behavioral patterns surrounding breaks and its effect on recovery during the workday. And I am currently working on a
machine learning model that provides predictions and suggestions for optimal recovery throughout the workday with the goal to create sustainable working habits.
