The “creative entrepreneurship” refers entrepreneurs operating in the creative
industries and concerned with the creation and exploitation of creative or
intellectual capital.
This paper offers an overview on creativity and creative
entrepreneurship, and to make a comparative literature review of the creative
entrepreneurs’ characteristics.

I’m Gabriella Antezza and since 2014 I have been working in Materahub as trainer and project manager. As responsible for the Training area and management of EU projects, I’m an expert and qualified trainer, tutor, facilitator and developer of training needs analysis, contents and outputs, learning assessment tools and resources. I have a wide experience in training, coaching and mentoring activities and am an expert in the production, managment, coordination and implementation of training packages within EU funded projects. I am a creative, positive, cheerful person particularly keen to analyse and solve problems. I am very well organized and with wide experience in international activities including the design, development and delivery of general and entrepreneurial training courses, activities and tools within international and national projects especially within Creative and Caulutral Industries and Entrepreneurial Education. I particularly like to challenge myself and my skills by accepting and / or choosing to getting involved in new professional experiences to study and expand my knowledge as well as professional and personal skills.
