The COVID-19 pandemic has permanently transformed how and where employees work. A recent survey by FlexJobs found that 65% of workers want to be full-time remote even as offices open back up, and an additional 31% want to have an approach that blends remote and in-office time. Attracting top-tier talent will require that employers create both flexible work schedules and flexible workspaces, a hybrid future that will spur companies to embrace new ways of thinking.
